Refund policy

The satisfaction of our customers is of utmost importance to us. We will make sure that all orders placed by Phonk Kong customers are delivered digitally.

All Phonk Kong digitally delivered products that have been digitally distributed to the consumer are not eligible for return or refund due to the nature of our products (Non-Tangible-Irrevocable-Goods).

However, the consumer has the right to cancel their order at any time before the payment has been executed. Before making a purchase, it is advisable to review any prior orders to make sure you have not already purchased the same Phonk Kong sample pack or product.

Due to the nature of our products, duplicate orders are not eligible for a refund.

We also strongly advise all clients to back up their orders on a different hard drive to guard against losing any items they have bought from Phonk Kong.

Phonk Kong will only replace download links for a previous order upon verification of the customer's previous order and a copy of their purchase receipt in the unlikely event of a failed or broken hard drive.

Any requests for refunds may be rejected at our discretion.
